Preventive Maintenance
Catch failures before they cost you a shift.
A PM program turns reactive firefighting into predictable maintenance windows. We tailor every contract to the brand, model, run hours, and shift count of each machine on your floor — no generic checklists, no padding.

Why It Matters
The business case
One unplanned shutdown on a $500K machining center can cost more in scrap, rush parts, and overtime than a full year of PM coverage. PM-contract customers also get priority routing on emergency calls — we treat your floor like our floor.
How It Works
The process
-
Floor walk + scope
We visit your shop, inventory every machine, and quote a coverage plan that maps to your actual machine list and run hours.
-
Schedule + commit
Visits are scheduled months in advance around your production calendar. We hold the slot. Reschedules are free with 48 hours notice.
-
Service visit
A factory-trained tech runs the full PM checklist for each covered machine. Findings are flagged in real time so you can decide on follow-up.
-
Written report
Every visit ends with a per-machine PM report — measurements, photos, recommendations. Your records, your audit trail.
Common Questions
FAQ
How often should I schedule PM?
Annual is the floor for a single-shift shop. Two-shift and three-shift operations move to semiannual or quarterly. We'll recommend cadence based on your run hours during the floor walk.
Do you cover every brand we run?
Most. We service Haas, Mazak, Okuma, Mori Seiki / DMG MORI, Doosan, Hurco, Mitsubishi, and the Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls behind them. If you have something exotic, ask — we likely have a path.
What happens if you find a problem during PM?
We document it in the report with photos and our recommendation. You decide whether we fix it on the spot, schedule a follow-up, or table it. PM scope and repair scope are billed separately and clearly.
Do PM customers get priority on emergency calls?
Yes. PM-contract shops are routed to the top of the dispatch queue automatically. During business hours, that usually means same-day on-site response.
