Emergency Repair
Machine down? We're rolling within minutes.
When a spindle won't start, an axis throws an alarm, or a fault drops production mid-shift, the cost clock starts immediately. We're built for fast response: 15-minute callback during business hours, phone-first triage to identify what we need to bring, and on-site within the same day for most of the 250-mile service radius around Tulsa.
What's Included
Scope of work
Specific to your machine list and shift count. Custom adjustments are quoted separately.
- Live phone diagnostics from a factory-trained tech — often the fix is a parameter or a reset, no truck roll needed
- On-site response with the parts and instruments we identified during phone triage
- Alarm, fault, and error-code investigation across Fanuc, Mazatrol, OSP, Siemens, Mitsubishi controls
- Drive, servo, encoder, and amplifier replacement when fault localization confirms the bad component
- Spindle, axis, ATC, and coolant subsystem repairs
- Coordination with OEM parts desks and tier-2 specialists when a rebuild is needed
- Return-to-production verification — we don't leave until the machine is making chips
Why It Matters
The business case
Most shops we work with run at 70–90% capacity. A single machine down for a shift can mean missed shipments, expedited freight, or a customer who calls a different supplier next time. Speed of response is the whole game.
How It Works
The process
-
Call us
Real human answer during business hours. Have the alarm code, machine model, and serial number ready if you can.
-
Phone triage
A tech walks through the symptoms with your operator. If it's a parameter, settings, or a reset, we may resolve it on the call. If not, we identify the parts and instruments we need.
-
Dispatch
Truck rolls with the right parts. PM-contract customers get top priority on the dispatch queue.
-
Repair + verification
On-site repair, run-off verification, and a written report. We don't close the ticket until the machine is back in production.
Common Questions
FAQ
What's your actual response time?
Phone callback within 15 minutes during business hours (7 AM – 5 PM CT, Mon–Fri). On-site dispatch is same-day for the majority of our 250-mile service area; specific timing depends on parts availability and where our techs are when the call comes in.
Do you carry parts on the truck?
Common consumables and select components, yes. For specific drives, servos, spindles, and OEM-only parts, we identify them during phone triage and either pull from local stock, ship same-day from an OEM, or coordinate with the manufacturer's parts desk.
How is emergency work billed differently?
Standard hourly rate, no surcharge during business hours. After-hours and weekend dispatch carries a documented call-out premium that's disclosed before we roll.
What if you can't fix it on the first visit?
You pay for the diagnostic and any work performed. If the fix requires a part we don't have, we coordinate the next step (rebuild, OEM dispatch, or component swap) and credit the diagnostic toward the eventual repair where it makes sense.
